Waterfalls in Tasikmalaya West Java

1. Gado Bangkong Waterfall (Cisayong) 

Gado Bangkong Waterfall is the waterfall that has the height about 70 metres. It is located around Galunggung mountain, exactly in Pasir Malang residential Santana Mekar Village, Cisayong Sub district Tasikmalaya. This place present to all of the visitors the beautiful scenery and the virgin location that can make all of the visitor enjoy to relax in there.

2. Dengdeng Waterfall (Cipatujah) 

Dengdeng Waterfall is located in Caringin Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. It can be reached from Tasikmalaya City about 4 hours by using a vehicle. This waterfall present to all of the visitor about the unique of its shape, beautiful waterfall scenery, and the original environment.

3. Sawer Waterfall (Jatiwaras) 

Sawer Waterfall is located in Jatiwaras Subdistrict Tasikmalaya. The specification of this waterfall is the water that flow in the waterfall is like a beautiful curtain, and supported by the green stone around there. If want to go there, we have to reach it hardly because of the location still far from the nearest village. But all of that can be cures by the beauty scenery that present by this waterfall.

4. Putih Waterfall (Cisayong)

Putih waterfall is located around Galunggung Mountain exactly in Cipeuteuy residential Santana Mekar Village Cisayong Sub district Tasikmalaya. This waterfall presents the beauty of scenery and original environment.

5. Cipinaha Waterfall (Malatisari)

Cipinaha Waterfall is located in Sukasirna Residential, Malatisari Village Tasikmalaya. The watercourse is very strong and clean. But if in the rainy season we have to be careful because can make the visitor in harm situation.

6. Koja waterfall (Cikatomas)

Koja waterfallis located in Linggajaya, Cikatomas, Tasikmalaya. This waterfall present to all of the visitors the beauty of scenary and original environment. Its beauty is supported by stones, clean water, original environment, and many more. All of the visitors can swim safely in this area. Unfotunately the way to reach it is still harmful and less of facility.

Talking about it's story, this mountain was erupted for the first time in 1882 and caused many victims more than 4000 people. The second time this mountain was erupted in 1894 and caused victim more then 1000 people. And for the last time this mountain was erupted in 1982.

Batu Karas Beach can be said as a target for the local tourist even international tourist, because of its beauty. This Beach is a blend from between Pangandaran Beach and Batu Hiu Beach. Batu Karas Beach will present to all of the visitors the beautiful scenery that related to the beach area, beautiful wave, and many more. all of them can make all of the visitor will stay long in there. This place is located in Batu karas Village Cijulang Sub district and about 30 kilometers from Pangandaran Beach. So if all of the tourists will go here, it will be easy to go to this place by using a personal vehicle or general transportation.
